For the third spring semester in a row, the Engineering Well-Being Committee will host an all levels yoga class outside promoting self-care for mental health and well-being, especially needed during finals. Krista Vaughan, a long time Villanova yoga instructor, will again lead the group through movement, breathing, and meditation enjoying practicing outside in the spring weather. Bring a yoga mat or towel/blanket, and a water bottle.

The Villanova University Engineering Well-Being Committee is hosting its second annual spring yoga class to promote self-care during finals. A free all levels yoga class taught by Villanova yoga instructor Krista Vaughan will be held outside in the sunshine. Bring a mat if you have one, or just a beach towel/blanket, and a water bottle and join us for a great class of movement and breathing finding some calm during this busy end of semester time.

An evening of Aroma Yoga®! A yin-yasa chakra exploration enhanced by essential oils. Special guest Young Living oil guru Katy O'Gara will be on hand to answer any oily questions. The 60-minute practice will be followed by light refreshments and the spa will be open for a soak. Bring a yoga mat, beach towel, and swim suit.
