There’s sadness, frustration, anger, and fear because this invisible lethal thing is controlling our lives – its dictating how we go about our professional and personal lives and affecting how we socialize, our calendar, and our economy.

An evening of Aroma Yoga®! A yin-yasa chakra exploration enhanced by essential oils. Special guest Young Living oil guru Katy O'Gara will be on hand to answer any oily questions. The 60-minute practice will be followed by light refreshments and the spa will be open for a soak. Bring a yoga mat, beach towel, and swim suit.

An energetic and thoughtful outdoor Sun Salutation sequence ending with a toast to sunshine and warmer weather! Bring a mat, a beach towel or blanket to place between your mat and the grass, and be dressed to move and build some heat. Light refreshments will be served following the practice.
