For the third spring semester in a row, the Engineering Well-Being Committee will host an all levels yoga class outside promoting self-care for mental health and well-being, especially needed during finals. Krista Vaughan, a long time Villanova yoga instructor, will again lead the group through movement, breathing, and meditation enjoying practicing outside in the spring weather. Bring a yoga mat or towel/blanket, and a water bottle.
